"RDFF uses two methods of cleaning carpets;

1. Hot Water Extraction: A truckmounted unit or a portable unit is used to deep clean carpets by using high pressure hot water and specialized chemicals to clean and neutralize carpet fibres.
2. Encapsulation: A carpet encapsulation machine called the Cimex Cyclone is used. The Cimex Cyclone applies a small amount of solution evenly to all sides of the carpet fibres without wetting the carpet matting. The superior agitation the machine provides quickly separates the oily dirt from the fibre and suspends it in the solution. The many tiny particles of dirt are surrounded by the polymer, which dries into a hard crystal. This polymer crystal cannot adhere to the fibre, nor attract more dirt, and is removed with routine vacuuming.
